These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Permitly platform and website. By using Permitly, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Permitly provides software tools to help businesses manage permits, renewals, and compliance workflows.

Permitly does not guarantee regulatory approval, permit issuance, or legal compliance outcomes. Users remain responsible for meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Accounts

To use Permitly, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Allow billing through our payment processor
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service

Permitly may offer optional concierge or assistance services. These services:

  • Do not constitute legal advice
  • Do not guarantee outcomes
  • Are provided based on available information

Users remain responsible for final submissions and compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permitly is not liable for business losses, regulatory penalties, permit denials, or data loss beyond reasonable control. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Service Availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms, non-payment, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Permitly after updates constitutes acceptance.
